whilst we are lucky enough to enjoy our freedoms and

get together for this event, the situation in Ukraine continues to worsen. many lives are lost, homes are destroyed, and families are torn apart. urgent action is needed.
once ticket sales are complete, we will donate £5 from every ticket sold to Red Cross, and will also encourage our partners and contractors to add to this donation. visit Red Cross for more details.

BRUNCH

A fresh menu will be cooked up by the chef,
available for purchase throughout the day,

from a dedicated dining area, overlooking

the dance floor.

GENERAL RELEASE
you have a choice to either arrive before 4pm
or before 6pm. 
if you arrive after your allocated time,

then you are required to pay the difference

A grand hall with a mighty high ceiling mounted on top of gigantic pillars will host our dance floor.

IMPORTANT (Please read before booking your place):

Minimum age for all Secret Brunch events is 21. All in attendance are requested to show a valid photo ID at the door. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.

Entry before 4pm Ticket must arrive before 4pm. Entry before 5:30pm must arrive before 5:30pm. Entry after the set times will be forbidden, unless any difference in price between the value of the ticket is paid at the door.

Secret theme and itinerary will be emailed on the week of the event. Guests are requested to adhere to the mandatory dress-code. The Secret Location will be revealed on the day of the event, to only the ticket holders, via email. The VIP section must at all times be in line with the capacities provided by the venue. Therefore organisers reserve the right to limit entry for health and safety of all in attendance and staff.

All tickets are non-refundable. However you can transfer your ticket to a friend, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. If purchasing tickets on behalf of others, you must arrive first to check in your guests.

Our chosen venue is wheelchair accessabile, except for the raised backstage VIP area.

There will be continuous music in excess of 80db in some areas. You can request earplugs from a member of the security team on arrival. Also for those with photosensitive epilepsy, please be aware that there will be flashing and flickering lights or patterns, as well as the use of laser. There will also be a heavy use of artificial fog, which may not be suited to those with respiratory tract issues or allergies.

Promoting any external products or events is strictly prohibited at Secret Brunch.If the information provided when purchasing a ticket is deemed inaccurate or misleading, then Secret Brunch reserves the right to refuse entry.

The organisers request all guests to drink and behave responsibly. For the health and safety of all guests and staff involved, we reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol at our sole discretion, or to remove any attendees from the premises. If necessary the venue also reserves the right to stop the event. Secret Brunch has a zero tolerance drugs policy. Smoking cigarettes or vaping is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area.

Secret Brunch requests all guests to refrain from close physical contact with actors, performers, members of staff, or other guests without their consent. Otherwise they will be removed from the premises. 

Guests are informed in advance, that in an event of force majeure or Act of God or reasons beyond our control, our selected venue reserves the right to cancel the event. In such circumstances you will be notified as early as physically possible and be given the option to transfer your tickets to another date.

Secret Brunch is a cash-less event and all purchases on the day must be made using a credit or a debit card. Cloakroom facilities will be provided at the event. However Secret Brunch does not accept liability for any lost or missing items.

There will be photography and videography at this event. Secret Brunch reserves the right to use any such imagery obtained to promote future events or products.

 

COVID-19

We will follow the most up to date government guidelines. At this moment there are no COVID-19 restrictions, and no mandatory requirement for a COVID-19 passport. However, should the guidelines change, then you will be notified and you must comply.

Tickets will only be fully refunded if the government introduces another lock-down on this date.

We ask all guests to follow the governmnet guidelines at all times.We recommend all to take a test. If you feel unwell or test positive for COVID-19, then you should refrain from attending the event. You will have the option to transfer your ticket to a friend, as long as we are given at least 24 hours notice before the event starts.
